Fastest acne removing techniques( tried and tested)
Well!! we all have been through this. And trust me its the worst feeling to have.
But don't lose heart as these methods have been tested and they help in curing acne in just a few days.
To start with, u must ask yourself what skin type you have. Oily?? Dry or combination.
We all know oily skin is more prone to bacteria and this type, in particular, gets more acne. But how about the hormonal acne. Does it affect all the skin types equally? The Answer is yes. However, there are many other factors that can create skin issues on any skin type.
As now we are more aware of our skin types and the kind of products we need for our skin, the problem arises why do we still face skin issues. And the root cause is never known even after visiting dermatologists or skin specialists.
Few extremely common causes of stubborn acne or small zits under the skin which make the skin texture extremely rough are:
- Congestion: This cause is not emphasized enough so not much is written about this one. But this is the biggest cause of initiating the acne. This is mainly caused when your skin is not cleaned properly at all times mainly at night. And the bacteria get a chance to stay longer on your skin and starts entering the inner layers of your skin through your pores which normally breathe at night.
Cure- The best thing you can do to avoid these is to use a creamy or oil-based cleanser at night followed by a mild face wash to get any leftover grime or makeup. U must use a toner( Apple cider vinegar diluted with water is what I trust and recommend for all skin types) and lastly a serum or any night cream or oil can be used as a final step.
- Hormones: This one is not an easy one to fix. And it's not safe to play with your hormones using over the counter medicines which can make you gain weight or give you facial hair.
Cure- The best thing to avoid these are to drink Green tea which helps in preventing hormonal acne and also keeping your face oil free and clean at all times. Apart from this, you can try some herbal or ayurvedic tonics to balance out hormones rather than going in for contraceptive pills.
- Stress: Yes stress causes acne too.
Cure- Try some yoga or exercises to relax your mind and get more sleep. Some herbal teas can also help in relaxation like chamomile and peppermint teas.
- Hair products
Cure- Avoid heavy hair products and do not keep oil on your hair overnight. Rather just do hot oil treatment keeping it for an hour before you wash.
- Touching: Well!! This is the biggest mistake your doing if you have acne. As wonder what all, we touch without hands from mobile phones to public transport and what not. Our hands never fully germ-free even after we wash them.
Cure- Try not to touch your face and always carry an antibacterial wipe if you have a really bad habit of touching.
- Indigestion: Cannot stress enough how important is for your body to digest the food you eat in order to keep the skin healthy and glowing. What goes in shows out and trust me it actually works. The best advice you could get is to cut a little on diary especially cheese and mayo and drink warm water after every heavy meal to promote digestion.
Cure- Add curd, green tea, light exercise, lemons and fresh fruits and veggies in your diet.
