5 Best body mists to get heads turning



                 Every summer has a story

Summers have arrived and so have the humidity sweat and bad odour.
Where the market is loaded with products claiming long-lasting fragrance, 24-hour sweat proof and what not making the shoppers confused with what claims are to rely on.

But experience speaks more than words. And I will share my review on some of the best mists available in the market today.

Lets first try to understand the concept of a mist and how different it is from a cologne/perfume.
Well, the main difference is the effect as the perfume lasts longer than a mist for a fact that it has stronger and higher percentage/concentration of perfume oils.

Ideally, the perfume can last more than 5 hours however, the mist will last a couple hours.
Another major difference is the price. And the perfumes are generally more expensive than the body mists and sprays.

Let's get started

1: Victoria secret: After trying a few scents from VS, I found that the fragrance is extremely pleasing and a bit stronger than the normal mists. Apart from this, the packaging is also great as it comes in some handy plastic container which looks better than some of the ordinary mists in the market.

Aqua kiss and pure seduction are two of my favourites.
Talking about the ingredients it does contain some harsh chemicals so I recommend not applying directly to the skin if you allergic yo dyes or chemicals.

The price is normally 1200 which may slightly differ for different scents.

2: Kama Ayurveda: If you are a person who believes that natures scents are the best as they are subtle and chemical free then Kama has launched some great natural fragrances to make you smell amazing this summer.

With the freshness of rose, mogra and lavender you will feel completely wrapped by nature after u spray a few pumps on urself.
The packaging is extremely elegant and it can also be an amazing gift this season.
Another great thing is it is a multipurpose mist which u can also use for ur face along with your body to calm down redness and also to get a freshened look and feel.

Retails for 250 for one and 695 for a pack of three.

3: Bath and body works: With some exotic and sensuous scents, bath and body have done a commendable job while selecting the notes of these mists. Every fragrance is unique and stands out. Also, it is pretty long lasting.
Raspberry vanilla and into the wild are two of my favourite ones.
Retails for 1300 which may vary with the choice of scent.

4: Nykaa: Quite recently nykaa has also launched body mists. And being brand loyal I just love all the products from this brand. Very affordable and high quality.  Now, about the mists, nykaa has come up with 4 fragrance mists in bath and body range which includes country rose the most famous and others are lavender, jasmine and aqua.

All these have a subtle flowery scent and you can also buy shower gel and body lotion with the same range and exactly same fragrance to achieve long-lasting fragrance.
Retails for INR 700.

5: Body shop:  With a wide range of notes,  there's a fragrance for everyone. Coconut, mango, vanilla, strawberry and many more on the list with a total of 18 fragrances.
Unlike most of the plastic bottles, this one is in a glass bottle which I really like as it gives it a feel of luxury and perfume.


You just need a few spritzes after a shower and it will last you few hours and you can always use them throughout the day if you wish.
Retails for: from INR 700 to 900 the price varies for different scents.
